Completely blown away by the level of service I received from Nicole, Bryson and the team. I have very high expectations of most companies I deal with in every field, with so much choice around these days, you have to provide great service to keep people coming back as it's pretty easy to go elsewhere. Because of my expectations, I rarely post rave reviews because good service is simply expected. Nicole in particular exceeded my expectations on every occasion I interacted with her. The communication was outstanding, the repairs were done in a timely fashion and to the highest of standards. Smash repairers are a bit of a necessary evil - like funeral directors - you would rather not need their services - but when you do you're often stressed out and under duress so having a caring team that know what they are doing and who go out of their way to look after you really does help to turn a bad situation around. Devastated when my prestige car was rear-ended. However, after a good detailed conversation with Daniel from Ken Shafer, I knew my baby would be looked after. All damaged areas were replaced with genuine parts direct from manufacturer. No corners cut & paintwork exceptional. To top it all, a 5+ star customer experience. Shafer repairs are by far the best smash repair company in the area. I have nothing but praise for such a professional team. They went above and beyond for me. They have fixed 3 of my cars in the last 10 years and have never had an issue. Their work is to perfection and is flawless. A big shout out to Daniel who helped me get my car back on the road and nothing was ever a problem. You guys are the best!

Drove in for a quote. They said go away and come back with an insurance claim number. Went back with a claim number from my comprehensive insurance. They told me to go away because it is not a prestige car. Was polite but he still wasted my time. If they care that little about potential customers I am sure they will care as little about your car.
