Awesome service from Mick and the team. We are travelling and my son needed a larger bike and he was adamant on a red one. They had heaps of options available and had the exact red my boy wanted. Had the bike ready to go the next day and was also able to change over my chain on short notice, a lot of other bike shops will make you wait even for small jobs which can sometimes be weeks.While in their my wife came across a Townie cruiser e bike which she loved. What I thought was great they have a test ride bike so the bike you purchase doesn’t have any hours on it. As a lot of other reviewers have said there is absolute NO pressure from Mick at any time. He is really knowledgeable about his products and doesn’t try to up sell you at anytime.And Mick even delivered both bikes to our caravan park as we were not able to fit them in the car.Thanks so much Mick for your fantastic service.

While staying in NSW on holiday's we checkout Ride South Coast Bike Shop in Ulladulla, WOW what an experience!From TOP SHELF SERVICE, with the most competent staff not only in knowledge, but also experience and friendliness.They concentration on all our needs, including our age and how we wanted to use our bikes, to the surfaces we would be riding on and especially our comfort.They even allows us to trail our bikes around the carpark and then making adjustments to size, sitting position, handlebars heights and helmets.We couldn't fault them and walked out extremely happy customers with 2 new bikes that constantly delight us and meet all our requirements, both in safety and fun.These guys are outstanding, truly can't recommend them enough.Next visit we hope to bring our grandsons and get them kitted out, won't go anywhere else now, so worth the trip :)

Outstanding service. I stopped in at Ride South Coast while having issues with my gears on a tour from Sydney to Melbourne. Mick and his team were welcoming and immediately made time to understand exactly what I would need to complete my journey. Mick not only showed me what was the issue with my bike but he also took the time to explain how I could improve my gears performance by changing the way I was shifting. His help was invaluable and I left the store a more knowledgeable cyclist than when I entered. Thanks guys.
