Grace Removals Sydney

Moved a small volume of goods from Sydney to Auckland in late 2022 and was sorely disappointed with the service from Grace Removals Sydney. What I thought was a simple and straightforward move turned out to be a total mess:- Uplift crew was over 2 hours late to the scheduled pick-up time with no prior notice from Grace.- My 55-inch TV was packed by the crew in a gigantic box large enough to fit a 100-inch, so I was basically paying to ship more packing filler / air than our actual TV.- Grace estimated 6-8 weeks for goods to be delivered to Auckland, when the actual time taken was over 12 weeks.- My digital piano was damaged in the move and now a complete write-off due to the incompetent packing by Grace crew.- The price I paid for the move was for a set 'threshold volume' of goods, and the volume I actually shipped was far lower than this threshold so a lot of space (which I paid for) was essentially wasted in my move. Grace didn't bother to clarify this until after the goods have been picked up and by then it was too late to change anything.- Sales team was very slick, but after agreement signed everything went downhill from there. Poor and very disjointed communication throughout, with me having to frequently chase up for updates.

I relocated from Cairns...to Sydney...and then finally to Brisbane with Grace Bros. It was a good experience...good value for money. carriers more than simply helpful, everything packed professionally, no breakages at all...they would be the best in the business . Excellent.

They should be called Dis-Grace.I would NOT recommend this company. They damaged several items of my furniture and that was just getting it on the truck, when asked how it happened the answer was“I dunno”.. staff all rude and did not care at all about personal items.Left stuff behind and then weeks of arguing to get half of what I paid for the items.. they .made the whole move very stressful.Grace Gold Coast however were fantastic.. just don’t use Sydney Branch to move interstate ..one star rating is too much .

My goods arrived in very good conditions with no damages in a time frame estimated by agent in Australia.Any time I had queries or requested amendments to my quote, Grace responded promptly via email or phone call.Pick-up and drop-off happened as per scheduled times with no delays.Thank you Grace, I would use your services again.

So pleased with the whole moving experience we had with Grace, could not recommend them more. Every person we met with/spoke to was kind, professional and responsive. From the initial quote, to the movers in one state and unpackers in another state, as well as the handymen, operations staff and finally team who collected boxes, could not fault each step of the process. Made coordinating an interstate move with a newborn baby and a toddler much easier. Thank you.

After having used Grace 3 times for international moves this will be the last. Grace took an astonishing 3 months to actually ship our furniture after pick up. This was apparently due to the shipping company rolling the shipment, which I can accept, but the fact that I had to continually chase for updates rather than being informed of delays is totally unprofessional.Once our good finally arrived we were disappointed to find that our stone topped table was literally smashed to pieces. The Doree Bonner (Grace agent in the UK) mover advised that the damaged caused was totally avoidable as clearly the top should have been removed and wrapped for shipment". Instead the table was literally just wrapped in bubble wrap whole and when it arrived only a central piece of stone remained. I raised the issue with Grace and was told - "Unfortunately

They were quick and know their business from the first phone call to delivery. We felt Grace was professional and a joy to work with. They have a good network of overseas partners that greatly helped us with the final delivery. You can't go wrong with Grace Removals. We will certainly be using them again

Very good experience. Excellent service from start to finish. A few issues when we had to swap around furniture to be moved, where size and weight (fridge) weren’t factored in correctly (but it was sight unseen) but overall a seamless move. Excellent moving men who took all care with our furniture. Highly recommend.

From the moment we first contacted Grace to give us info on how to ship our belongings overseas to the moment we received our boxes at our new home, Grace has been amazing!!!I can highly recommend it!We shipped our entire home from Australia to the US and everything has arrived perfectly, and at a timely manner!

I'm so happy I used Grace to relocate from Sydney to Auckland. They were super helpful in organisation of pick up and completion of documentation. They kept me informed the entire way through the journey. All my things arrived safe and sound in perfect order. And the pricing was really competitive.Can't fault them.
