Dakabin State High School

Used to be a horrible school, but now that the new principal is in (Mr Schuh), the school has improved immensely.With the 2012 leadership team, everything changed and created a great student body so everyone had a say. With the cosmetic changes being made to the school, such as tree removal, new sidewalks, the sign being put back up, and stuff like that, it really is a great place to live and learn. It is a very woodsy school and it takes pride in that.Great school, keep it up!

about to go to this school and i already hate it

Horrible school. Haven’t even been here a whole year and I already want to move back to my old school. Some teachers are just unbelievably disrespectful, and same goes to the students. If you’re looking to move to a different school, look elsewhere.

Went there for a week, quality was appaling, school staff were alright but the discipline of students was atrocious. They have the worst attitude towards learning (atleast whilst I was there) and don't act studious at all. If you want a more credible" education

Honestly, the school talks a big talk but doesn't walk its own walk.The school will expect you to communicate with them. However, when you communicate with them, dont expect it to go any further than the person you're talking to.The principal won't make time to meet you even after he has suggested it via email. You'll have to email the issue, and he'll decide who will deal with it.Do not expect any formal investigations to happen. You'll just have to take their word for it.Im not surprised the school is chaos.It all starts with the leadership.The ball is your court, Dakabin High School.
