Friendly, professional, great response time! Despite being really busy they got to us within a couple of days of the initial enquiry to pump our septic tank as we had waste coming up through a shower drain in the lower part of the house every time someone flushed a toilet up the top. Can't recommend highly enough. Cheers guys!

Excellent, friendly service. Our Septic pump failed and had someone around that afternoon to provide free quote. Had trouble finding the other septics tanks which resulted in a fair bit of lawn being dug up but this didn't change the initial quoted price. Website is very informative. If you want service from knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient people then go with Wicked Waste!

I cannot recommend this company more highly. Mike explained the issues with our septic tanks so that we could fully grasp what was going on, then fixed everything promptly. We had our septic tanks drained and hooked up with a quality pump, and this has instantly resolved our plumbing and electrical issues we were having.A week prior to having everything repaired, Mike took the time over the phone to recommend a few things we could do to see if it would help the issue I had explained - with no expectation of payment or service. It was his excellent knowledge and friendly, expert advice that made us request their service. So glad we did!

I can't recommend Mike highly enough. From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.It turned out our ecomax pump was shorting out the electrics in our house. Mike knew exactly what the problem was and was able to explain to us the fault with our system.Mike and his offsider were on site early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I can't say it strongly enough - this is the man to deal with your septic issues; you won't be disappointed.Thank you so much Mike.

'Wicked Waste' were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, including digging up garden beds, raising pavers, yes the tanks were well hidden, cutting tree roots, and then rebuilding the garden and relaying the pavers - highly recommend and the price was exceptional. Thank you.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Very friendly with fantastic customer service from the office and the guys in the field. Great advice received from Gaynor in the office and Mike.
