When we purchased our home unit in Wahroonga we used Accent Carpets. As soon as we walked into the showroom and met Carolynne it was like working with family. Everyone was so helpful in selecting the hybrid flooring and carpet. Then it was a matter of working with Jude to satisfy the requirements of the Strata Committee. The expertise of the men who laid the flooring and carpet was exceptional. Excellent overall service, from communication with the Accent team to the quality of the installation. We had our carpets done and couldn't be happier with the result. Would definitely go with Accent carpets again for future work. Everything was done on time and we were given plenty of information about the service. Very professional and would highly recommend if you are getting your flooring done.

We recently came back to Accent Carpets at Castle Hill for our flooring needs in our second home, we had such a good experience on our first visit 2 years ago that the choice to use Accent Carpets was easy. Everything they said they would do was done in the time frame that they quoted right down to the installation. We highly recommend them , seriously, if your on a good thing stick to it.

Rightfrom ourexperience ofwalking into the Castle Hill store where there was a wide variety of blinds to choose from to the personal attention we recieved from the store staff, the experience was best in class.we walked away with confidence that we made the best choice as were provided with excellent honest options.The after sales follow up too was awesome . The finish of the products are very good and would recommend Ascent Carpets and blinds and all their associated products with confidence!!
