The food is great. However, it's impossible to get Red Rooster to deliver to me, despite their website offering delivery. I had to walk to the store to place my order (I have a medical disability). I had to walk to the store to use royalty dollars, which cannot be used using Uber Eats or Menulog.

Went here for lunch. Had my usual tropo pack of chips, chicken and pine fritters. It was hot, chicken was some of the best I've had at red rooster. It was moist and cooked perfectly. Chips were also done well. I've not had a bad pineapple fritter at any red rooster yet.

I asked for a a mayo in a small gravy container and was given a small sauce container.the manager was so rude and gave me a soul look and said she couldn’t fix that and do that for me. I have always done this in the past and I won’t be coming back.

Rude rude staff, telling my wife to move away completely from the front of store despite there being not another soul in sight wanting to order and then give our order to someone else and then we find ah the manager isn't on site!! Cats away the mice will play!? Young Asian with pigtails rudest person I've ever met working in customer service, she seriously needs retraining or sacked, no wonder no one was waiting here!! Surprised they're still in business!!!

First time having red rooster in 8 years and can definitely say it was great. The hellfire burger met spice expectations and service was good too. Will visit another rooster again.

I have now tried this outlet a few times and not been disappointed they out do KFC by far the chicken is quite moist and the sub rolls are always fresh not dry hard and old like the others even the Lettuce is good and not soggy and grey again like the other outlet the chips were forest and hot the service was also great didn't even have to ask for napkin or wet wipe already in the bag
