I order one shoe on website. I paid full amount. After one day they informed to email that we forgot to update on websiteSo we will refund. This is second time in last 6 months happened to me.

Although you wouldn’t realise it from the outside, an awesome store for all volleyball needs with incredible customer service - not only did they help us find the perfect shoe with understanding of the various needs of different positions, but the store also stocks all kinds of gear for referees and first aid. Definitely worth a visit, even if it is a little out of the way.

Item was returned to sender due to Aus Post mix up. Item then re-sent back to me via express post - thanks heaps

Ordered over six weeks ago and still waiting on items to arrive. While I understand some of the items might take some time (they were state team uniforms) I also ordered beach and indoor volleyballs in the same order. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted them asking them to please send out the volleyballs immediately as we desperately needed them, but despite getting back to me they refused to split the order and send the balls despite me offering to pay two lots of postage. Six weeks later they still have not sent either the balls or uniform items out. I don't expect to wait over six for volleyballs and will never order from this company again - unless I am forced to do so (ie for team uniforms).
