I was referred to TH Walker by my father who had used them for his property sale. We needed urgent assistance on a property acquisition with the contract to be signed within a week, and on a Saturday. The team were very helpful and were available to assist on the Saturday. Once we had the contract signed, they guided us through the settlement process and made sure it went smoothly. We had comfort that we were in good hands,. Mixed levels of service from signing power of attorney to settling deceased estate. Communication can be like pulling teeth but generally nice to deal with. Can't recommend. Felt like we had no idea what was next or who to ask, not pro-active in any way. Always having to explain again to find where we are up to and recap and follow up.
