I bought in that opshop an item, brought it home and found that it's broken. Next day tried to return it but a shop assistant started to shout at me and said that she is donated that item and I broke it myself.I am working in retail and I have never seen that kind of behaviour before. The idea that other customer may be damaged it accidentally and put it back into the box (it's common in our shop) even didn't come to her head. I usually check things in opshops before pay but the item was in the box and looks like a new. I was a regular client of that shop but that aggressive woman just scared me.

I came upon this little op shop by accident. It is a nice little shop and things are reasonably priced as you would expect in an op shop. I bought a few glass bowls for 50 cents each :-). What a find! Volunteers are nice and helpful too. Overall a good shopping experience. I will pop in again when I go to Hornsby :-)

Small Op shop with small collection, however with very unique and quality items. Very friendly staff and great bargins would recommend.

The most exciting thing in a OP shp is that you may find real bargains. However I got such a terrible experience today, when I found a silver spoon in heaps of old cutlery here. The lady in the counter rejected me to buy it and told me that's a mistake to leave this spoon in that old cutley box. it can sell in a much higher price... is it still a OP shop? You can change the price any time but not when the customer took time and found a bargain in heaps of used items. Ok, You do not have to honour your price.

I really enjoyed browsing this op shop! There is a nice range of clothing that's cheaper than other op shops in the Hornsby area. There were lots of unique knick knacks, mugs, cutlery, sewing patterns, buttons, knitting needles, jewellery, etc. There are also CDs, DVDs and lots of books. There is also a box of free things outside the shop, which is very considerate. I bought a pair of pants for $4 and I'm very happy with my experience here. The volunteers were lovely and helpful :)

Fantastic op shop. Every time in in Sydney I love to visit; enjoyed when I lived in the area. Do great work to help youth, and have fantastic bargains in store. Always great stock. Lovely staff. Highly recommend!
