Very satisfied with their service. I’ve had my iphone screen changed here twice because apple wont fix it due to a tiny damage on the metal frame. Really friendly staff and much cheaper than apple too! Highly recommend.

If if if if you want to choose this store!Please read this my experience first, thank you.Are you looking for mobile phone tempered glass?When I buy this tempered glass, there is a one year warranty.The clerk said that it can be replaced if it is damaged.I went to the store last week, the clerk said it was out of stock, so I couldn't repair it, please come next week.Today, when I went to repair, the clerk said that my tempered glass was not damaged, just scratched...Are you kidding me? Why didn't you say it last time?So, what is damage?What is the definition of damage?Is it a definition problem or a material problem?I had a deep scratch on my tempered glass and the clerk said it was not damaged. And the attitude of the clerk today was very, very unfriendly, which was a very bad experience.If you choose this store...good luck.

Fantastic customer service! I was an indecisive mum with a toddler running rampant but Abdullah took the time to make me feel comfortable and helped me make a decision. Very knowledgeable about the product range and able to anticipate my needs! An asset to the store as genuinely great customer service is hard to come by these days.

Brought my phone there to replace a screen. The screen was claimed as ‘same as apples’ and it has touch accuracy issue and they refused to replace or refund because there are a few scratches on the screen (minor minor scratches from car key from the same pocket). And they act like we are nonsense. Worst expensive I have ever had fixing a phone. Felt like I have paid extra to be called nonsense.

I recently took my iPad with a cracked screen to Mobile Experts to get it fixed, Once they change the screen my home button wasn't working so i then took the iPad back to get that fixed they told me they would need to order a new home button i said ok no worries 1 week later i got a phone saying the iPad is fixed and ready to pick up. I then went to collect my iPad and the guy working there said it wasn't actually the home button the silicon ring around the cover was stopping it from registering once you pushed the home button. By this stage i was very upset with the service i received after spending $140 to have my iPad fixed and it wasn't fixed so now I'm left with a iPad that has a finger nail gap around the edges .Definitely wont be recommending this service to any one i know looks like i have to spend another $150 to get it fixed properly somewhere else
