Personally not a fan of how the store pushes it's rewards program by trying to bully people into signing up with passive agressive comments such as Well I hope you like the game then!".So hostile and unwelcoming

This is arguably the best eb games in west sydney. The staff actually want to help you and they are excellent at their jobs, they will tell you accurate and helpful information. The staff is well informed about the gaming market too. Lastly the products i have bought from this store have never been defective, going to this eb games is a much better experience than the other. Being a gamer I know that this store has the best service and product.

Sold me a bad batch of Pokemon cards in a elite trainer box and did nothing about it. Card were so out of alignment. Their response was that the kids can still play with them.... Funny when most people collect these cards.

This EB games is one of the best in this area, the staff are always looking who needs help and can suggest good games to you if you are unsure what you wanna play.They will also take the time to look stuff up for you even if it’s not EB store related.Super friendly and can actually engage in gaming conversations instead of just selling you your items and going to the next if it’s not busy of course.Highly recommend
