$60 for 1 minute job. We have bought 3 phones over the years from here and good service but our good intending daughter bought us 2 phones recently and wanted an adjustment made and charged this. I thought very poor attitude.

I was able to walk in and have my NBN issues resolved in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend going to these guys over the actual Telstra Busselton store (who were unable to resolve my NBN issues in any sort of timely manner).

Excellent service. I have had numerous Telstra issues and the team at BTT have always gone out of their way to solve them. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the Busselton area. Prompt, professional and courteous. My only port of call for all things Telstra related.

I'm really surprised to see that BTT does not have more positive reviews. Without going into a long story we were completely let down by the Telstra store in Busselton (I should have read their reviews first!) and where then advised by two people to contact here.Right from the outset the staff were friendly and knew what they were doing they resolved all our issues in the store and issued us a new sim.Thank you! I would strongly recommend coming here for your phone services.
