Cleveland office - Honestly terrible admin process. They tell you that you must give them your bank card details to keep on file before your first appointment. I offered to pay the deposit to confirm my appointment by either a bank transfer or to come into their office and pay it in person but they would not accept and cancelled my appointments. I am disgusted.
