Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommend! My partner had a tyre blow out on camping trip from Karratha to Karijini. Ash Burton had good selection of tyres for our 4wd at good prices. They told him to come straight in. They fitted new tyre right away. Thank you so much for your help Ash Burton.

If I could give 0 stars I would.From the moment we arrived in the shop, we didn’t feel welcome at all. It was as if they thought “oh, here we go, more backpackers with car issues”. I think maybe because we weren’t a mining vehicle they weren’t too bothered.Anyway, they did eventually have a look at the car & diagnosed the issue of a faulty Air Con compressor. I agreed to have the works go ahead as I was told it would take a couple of days (overnight freight) until the new part arrived. A couple of days passed, nothing. I phoned up again, was told that I just need to wait as we’re “in a remote part of the country”. Also, we will phone you.” Couple more days passed, still the same answer. So I thought, okay, I’ll just leave them alone, they can call me. NOTHING. 5 weeks have now passed.Even though they claim to have ordered the part, and even sorted things with my insurance, which also seemed like too much for them. I wish they had just said from the start that they’re too busy with their mining fleet or whatever. We could then have just went to another mechanic, no problem. Instead, I had the feeling I was bothering them every time I turned up, or phoned for an update.The lack of communication and care from these guys was enough for us to just move on to the next mechanic & I’m really glad we did.Note: there is another mechanic in Tom price which has been highly rated by backpackers, maybe use these guys instead. We did try there, but they were too busy at the time, but provided good advice and were really friendly.

Excellent service by Lee, Dean and Matt. They went out of their way to fit two tyres today at short notice, including driving for a couple of hours to supply the tyres. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your great service and support.

Had to get a compression test on the car asap, everywhere was super busy but these guys were happy to help us out and squeeze the car in to get it done, unfortunately the worst possible outcome came from doing the compression test. Good blokes, highly recommended this place, felt safe as a female to be here and not have anything “mansplained”.

Great business - we lost a fan belt in outback WA - these guys service the mining industry (as do the other worshops in the region). No one wanted to hear about us but these guys squeezed us in and had us going in a couple of hours. Very helpful and much sppreciated Isaac.

Rang to get a puncture repair two days in advance. Got there an said I hadn’t called but fair play accommodated me an “fixed” puncture and charged $55. Two days later lightning struck again and another puncture but luckily I had my spare repaired. How disappointing when I dropped my spare to find It flat. No sign of a repair they just probably filled it full of band aid fluid. DO NOT GO HERE. COWBOYS RIP OFF MERCHANTS. I was lucky to have mates with me to tow me to next town. You might not be so fortunate.

Wrecked a tyre on my Jeep. Not one in Tom Price. Called Ashburton Tyre. Spoke to Isaac. Went out of his way to get one quickly from Perth. Great,friendly service. They deserve their success.

Isaac is really approachable and friendly. Very easy to talk to and good at explaining issues and solutions. Eager to help us at short notice despite being extremely busy himself. Recommend this business very highly.Thanks for your help.Steph and Tom.

Got an issue in Karijini NP, been towed out by them, promised to have a look straight away and order parts overnight.As soon as we get there they were too busy and might have a look by the end of the week (we were Tuesday). couldn't rent a car with them as no credit card only debit.Had a call Wednesday car was fixed.Really appreciate at the time and even brought a slab of beers as we were thankful.Got the receipt and we have been $330 overcharged.We called RAC, which investigated, and after telling them Bulsh....t, like they had to wait us for 2 hours, then they had hips of gravel road (both were lies), got our money back.Seems like they never make enough money, had to try to rip us off.Really unfriendly somehow.If your not a mining company I suggest to go to any other companies around.
