Good little Cafe with delicious biscuits! I enjoyed a 3 cheese and spinach pastry too!Service staff were friendly although service a little slow.Tables and chairs are available. Wheelchair ♿ accessible.Located opposite the Woolworths supermarket.

Purchased 5 coffees to drink there, having a honey and cheese slice from the shop opposite, was told I couldn't eat it because I didn't buy it from them even though they just delivered my coffee to drink thereSo I spent $25 plus dollars with them and wasn't allowed to eat my bread which they don't sell ,and I didn't want to eat their food.....never again

Great coffee and service. Regular customer of Mrs Fields Palmerston. Service provided by Nadine, Shazwani, Sorfinah and staff is to a very high standard and a credit to the business. Highly recommend.

As a regular at Mrs Fields, Palmerston I am apalled at some of the reviews (Ian). I have always found the staff friendly, service and food good. I have NEVER found it dysfunctional, instead it is well run, always clean and food fresh. Best pot of tea available in Darwin/Palmerston. There are signs on the tables that alert customers that no outside food is to be consumed... a very common practice, yet it amazes me how often people disregard this message. I find this rude, imagine being the owner paying the rent for the space only to have non-customers using it & often leaving a mess. If you (Ian) found the owner unprofessional perhaps your own attitude and words were the cause. When you attack someone based on their culture you will probably get an emotional response.

Friendly service and delicious food and coffee still at reasonable prices.

I was told to be able to sit at their table, I had to buy 50 cookies when I only have one toddler to feed. Their tables were empty but they still told me I couldn’t sit there. Very rude.

I regret to say that my experience with Mrs Fields at the Gateway Shopping Centre was extremely disappointing. This establishment is a complete disaster, and the level of service leaves much to be desired. The person responsible for running this place is truly a disgrace to the franchise, as they behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner.I would advise anyone considering this location to stay far away, especially if you have ever suffered from an eating disorder.During my visit, I was shocked and appalled to be confronted by the manager regarding my food choices. For some inexplicable reason, they believed that the pie I was sharing with someone else was not an adequate amount of food we needed to purchase more. Rather than offering helpful suggestions or simply minding their own business, the manager was aggressive and confrontational.It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.In my opinion, anyone who behaves in such a manner has no business being in a position of authority, particularly in a food-related industry. It's clear that this establishment is plagued by dysfunction and a complete lack of professionalism.If you value your time, money, and well-being, I urge you to avoid Mrs Fields at Gateway Shopping Centre at all costs.
