Ordered a shipment to North Queensland,arrived 5 days later,in good order.Another lot 2 weeks later,took 4 days for delivery,also in good order. Included a discount for the first lot. All good!!

Terrible!!! They sold me a broken drive shaft, after trying to install the mechanic said the driveshaft was past its lifespan and showed me it, completely broken!I am not car parts savvy but it doesn’t excuse them from selling broken parts to people

Gaven was very knowledgeable and helpful and found him to be also very efficient. Their sister store down the road in Bailey Crescent was the same great customer service when Jason assisted me there and referred me to their other store. I would highly recommend both stores.

I was impressed that they had the particular part I needed for my vehicle which was the driver's side rear door actuator. Pretty competitive price also which I was very happy about. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was pretty standard which was expected so no issues there too. This will be my first place to contact next time I need another part for my vehicle.
