From the moment you start talking to the staff here you know that they are going to care for your clothes!Sammy's was recommended to me after a bad experience with another dry cleaner. I dry cleaned some silk dresses with drink stains that another dry cleaner had told me couldn't be removed.In less than 24 hours I picked up my dresses from sammy's and all stains were gone!!They provide an expert service and I highly recommend them!

Sammy's is highly recommended!Perfect for offloading the washing after holidays or even as a regular service so there is one less thing to do. Clothes are pretty clean and folded and only to be out away.

My favourite pants were SHRUNK by this company. DO NOT GO HERE.I took these pants to be dry cleaned at my favourite shop in the city and they always send them to Sammy's. They usually do a fine job but this time my pants had shrunk considerably in the length (they are now cropped) and waist etc. I spoke to them on phone and told them about issue - the woman yelled at me over the phone, told me I had washed them (when I most definitely had not) and scoffed when I asked if she would compensate me in any way. Absolutely horrible experience, no apology, accusation. Unwilling to offer me anything in compensation. And now my best pants are ruined.

**LOST GARMENTS**Sammy's Drycleaners have lost our garments. They advised me someone has collected the garments, a time my partner and I were both at work. In addition they advised someone had paid for the garments with an AMEX, neither my partner or I own an AMEX - essentially, they have given our garments to someone else. They take no responsibility and offer no solution. These garments had only been worn once and are collectively worth $1,000.

Sammy’s Dry Cleaners are friendly and timely service.These guys are great, we left some cash in a garment and money was returned in a pouch attached to items at pick up. Honest, reliable, friendly staff. 100% recommend. I find mens business shirts are well cared for and would continue to take shirts. I All our items are well cared for, staff members are personable and care about their customers .They are very helpful.

I love Sammy’s Dry Cleaners and this is why. I sent many badly stained clothes to them and I collected them back completely good as new and wrinkle free. I always receive my clothes back on time, and the workers are all very friendly and professional. They provide great customer service, they are reasonably priced, and they are very punctual. If you are looking for a dry cleaner to send your clothes to worried free, this is the perfect place.Thanks again!

They cheat Asian customers who seems not a good English speaker. In the last week of Aug 2018, asked dry cleaning of a jacket. What returned was just as it was without cleaning at all(couldn't smell typical cleaning smell) and ironing only which actually worsened it making stains. What a surprise, we couldn't believe that. They deserve no rating at all(Sadly this is the 2nd bad experience with them). They spoil themselves with small money and treat especially Asians bad.

Extremely expensive and very unprofessional. The worst part is that my clothes do not look like they are cleaned. I have been sending my clothes for dry cleaning for the past 10 years in 3 different countries, this is the worst I have experienced. Best to avoid.
