Went through my insurance to repair a chip in my windscreen and within forty minutes of putting in a claim, I received a call from Novus.Really lovely and easy to deal with. The process the whole way was super simple. They even touched up a previous chip repair done by another company a couple of years ago.

NOVUS replaced our Ute windshield.The team were responsive and friendly to get a competitive quote which Inc recalibrating sensors eg AEB etc.Easy drop off and pickup process and job was done well and really clean.They use a messaging app that allows easy and efficient communication.Highly recommended.

I contacted Novus to repair my side view mirror and team member Jay explained the process and ordered a new mirror. A couple of days later I received a call from Jay and advised the mirror had arrived and within the hour the cracked mirror was replaced! Fantastic service.
