This team is excellent, they made the process really easy for us, along with going the extra mile to help us out throughout the lease term.Maddie especially has been outstanding, she guided us from start to finish and did things she didn't need to do when we were unsure.

Taye provided an excellent service throughout the rental lease application process making it a very easy experience. Email responses were prompt and often out of hours. Likewise, phone calls were answered immediately or at the next convenient time. She helped us secure a lovely property and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the application. Even now Taye continues to be helpful with any rental queries we have. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Taye and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, Helen, and their colleagues at William Porteous Properties.

I've had a fantastic experience with William Porteous Properties agency so far: no cancellations of inspections, agents always on time, kind and polite, email communication as smooth as it can be, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Maddie and Jess: not going to lie, this being my first lease experience in Australia I was a bit nervous, but they made me feel very well looked after!

I just completed my rental inspection report. I have rented for many years, and this was the most detailed, unbiased report I have ever seen, that protects, both the Landlord and the Tenant.As a Homeowner myself, who rents out a property, I would highly recommend the Porteous team, as a rental agent for their level of professionalism and efficiency. I wish they operated in my rental area.It was great dealing with Jessica and Maddison. They were both very efficient, readily available on call, and promptly responded to any queries we had as tenants.Special mention of Maddison, who made the entire process seamless.

Cannot recommend Giovanni from Porteous properties highly enough. Giovanni was amazing to deal with - honest, excellent communication and went above and beyond. We had some issues with our tenant and settlement and he dealt with everything for us and made the process 1000x less stressful. Best real estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Helen Davis and the team at WP have been managing my rental property in Beaconsfield for more than 12 months. When first rented they had by far and away the most accurate assessment of the rental market and achieved a great price.
