I'm from NZ, this company is located in Aussie, I wanted specific information for a product that stockists here couldn't answer. I didn't want to wait for call backs so rang Brown & Watson International Pty and asked the initial question which I wanted answered, the staff members knowledge was so good that it led to a bunch of follow up questions which were also answered with detail and obvious very good knowledge on the product. I can’t speak highly enough of this company, I originally met Chan Phrapone at Nova Caravans by chance and he diagnosed my electrical fault that required a firmware upgrade that wasn’t yet released. I still had the issue recently so I contacted him and he and Wayne Dutton arranged for a loan device to be sent to me in Port Macquarie so I could do the upgrade. The technical issue is now fully resolved and I couldn’t be happier.
