Highly recommend reading all reviews before committing. I can appreciate that they are busy but the customer service is just so poor. In reply to the owner's response: customer service has been both blunt and rude on various occasions. When I raised an issue today it was immediately dismissed and i was given a diagnosis without any equipment being checked or any questions being asked of me. The team have often committed to return calls, then either decided to email or do nothing; I have had to follow up on more than one occasion. I have also heard conversations between the team when I am on hold and to be frank they are quite unprofessional. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews but when it gets this bad i think that 1) people need to know and 2) the managers need to know so that something can be done."

Like the previous review I went with a local installer for service. I waited 4 months with multiple phone calls, being told each time someone would show up. It was a simple fix. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Like the previous reviewers I chose a local company for the same reasons. My mistake. It took 10 months from signing the contract to having a correctly functioning system. I contacted the company many times and was met with constant delays and excuses. They were using subcontractors from Sydney at the time. Not local. Ultimately the inverter was incorrectly commissioned (after 8 months) which was when I gave up on NESP and got Solahart Tamworth to fix the problems. Needless to say NESP won't reimburse the additional expense.
