This is the place to go for illegal pricing practices and chauvinism. Asked to buy a flat pack but only stock left was floorstock, so guy tried to charge me above the ticketed price because they are already assembled and told a flatpack would be too difficult for me to put together anyway. Mostly overpriced too so save your time at any of the many better furniture places within a stone's throw.

I would have given 0 star. The worst customer service ever in my life. The man named Ash act like a boss with so much attitude, very rude don't know how to deal with customers. Have never experienced such impolite and rude service. Need to take some lessons for customer service. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from there. I ordered bed set on March but delayed. They don’t want to refund my deposit. It’s SCAMM.

Made a large purchase saved a good deal of money.

Cheap and nasty. Bought the Miami dining set 5 months ago. 5 chairs are broken out of 6 and table delaminating.Worst quality I've ever encountered.Close your shop you crook.

I would have given zero star if there was an option. These people are dishonest. Took order in March with promised delivery in May. Its September and every time i call, they say 1 more month. They do not want to return my deposit as well. Do not trust these people and waste your time/money.

WARNING!!!MUST READ!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!I read the reviews prior to purchasing and still went ahead and purchased as they said they had all my furniture in store. Do not believe any of them, they all lie, from the sales person on the floor (Ash, Indian), also another Asian man (can’t remember his name and it’s the only way I can identify him so you do not get robbed as well), to the receptionist behind the counter (Joel) to the storeman (Australian man, again cant remember his name and it’s the only way I can identify them for you). They even called the storeman to the counter and he said yes they have everything in store. He looked like an honest bloke as well but honesty would not be in their vocab. No matter how cheap you think you are getting it, you are not, because you are not going to get anything. 10 months later I am still waiting. They have given every excuse possible, COVID, war in Ukraine and simply are you watching the news. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Do not call Consumer Affairs Victoria because they do not pick up the phone. I am left at home with my 2 year old daughter with no furniture for my little baby. DO NOT LET THE SAME HAPPEN TO YOU BECAUSE IT WILL IF YOU GIVE THEM MONEY. Do not even give them a small deposit, you might as well light it up for heat. Do not even walk in their store as you may fall victim to these Vultures (calling them Vultures is an insult to the Vulture). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NO MATTER WHAT!!!AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL BE CLOSED SOON, EVEN IF THEY HAVE A CLOSING DOWN SALE, DO NOT BUY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING. YOU WILL SEE NO DELIVERY. THEY WILL EVEN CALL A FAKE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU AND PRETEND THEY ARE BOOKING IN A DELIVERY. THEY HAVE NO CONSCIOUS. I am dumbfounded how anyone on earth could give them a 5-star, it would have to be their friends or family. Google should introduce 0 stars as I had to give them a star, this business does not deserve anything that relates to any star. DO NOT DRIVE IN, IF YOU SEE THIS PLACE, KEEP DRIVING.

Not a friendly approach and most importantly terrible communication by the business with their delivery guys. Make everything double sure and write down and get their signatures what was committed.

Good. But thought I was buying a pre-built model ready to go, turns out it was not and you had to put it together yourself. Was easy Enough luckily.
