Really helpful.Best sleep I've had in ages. Queen Bed really supportive with lux mattress topper-extra pillows supplied. Renovated really big clean room. I didn't expect the room would be so good for the price. The owner was really helpful- even staying open late for my check-in. Will stay here everytime

You know the feeling of staying in a motel where it never feels quite clean, and you're conciously aware of the people that stayed in there before? Well, you can forget about it here!I didn't expect much - pulled in to town hoping for anywhere that had a spare bed. When I walked in, I was blown away with the standard of cleanliness and care that had been put in to the room. It sounds so weird to say, but I was extremely impressed with the bathroom. It is evident that the cleaners regularly do detailed (not just shower, sink and toilet) cleaning - it actually felt really nice to have a shower here!The bed was really comfortable. My first thoughts were that it was a little firm, but it was clearly comfortable enough that I was lights out as soon as I got under the covers.Other little things - separate recyling bins for cans and bottles, eco-friendly toiletries and kitchen items, and accommodating staff were all very much appreciated. It's a shame the restaurant was closed, because I'm sure it would've been great too.Thanks very much for the stay and I will gladly stop here instead of Dubbo again the next time I'm passing through

The room was a decent size for the price, bed was comfy. Shower handles nearly fell off while showering and spiders were everywhere. Photos were different to the actual place (bedding wise). Was a decent stay, would stay again if emergency. Beds did have bugs in them and hair was in the bathroom (that wasn’t mine)

The room was extremely clean and had a nice modern feel with a new television, reverse cycle air conditioning, bar fridge, iron and ironing board, jug, tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, table and chairs and most of all a comfortable bed. Management was extremely knowledgeable about the local areas and attractions and more than happy to help with any needs. Exceptional value and quality for the price.

Family room was tidy. Its a very spacious two room area. Sofabed was uncomfortable to sit on and probably needs replacing.. grounds need some maintenance and cleaning. Pool was lovely on a day of 31 degrees but pool side seats (covered in bird poo and were very dirty) needs replacing and surrounding area needs cleaning and some maintenance

Good sized rooms but not clean, hair in the shower and one of the beds. Gave us 18 month expired Vegemite for breakfast, when we alerted her, didn't even say sorry or thanks, ill check me stock. Receptionist lady needs people skills training or to move out of hospitality.

Bathroom was a lot larger than I was expecting, water pressure is lovely. Bed was very comfortable, lots of room to move in the room, and had a decent sized bar fridge and a microwave

Large rooms big bathroom very comfy bed great price nothing to complain about would stay again

No restaurant no room service no breakfast and wi fi not good enough also forget to add in toilet base had cracked when sitting on toilet have to take extra care not to get a cut on private part

5/7/2019 Room 8 is a good size and clean. North side of town and close to the highway but noise was not a serious problem. Small microwave and fridge, but adequate for a short stop over. Split system air conditioner / heater (not an inverter so some annoyance with cycle start up noise) . There is a proper sink in the room which is a great idea so no using the ensuite basin to fill the kettle and wash cups etc. Plenty of tea & coffee supplied with milk and sugar. Good size, walk in shower. Long wait for the not very hot water – we had showers without turning on the cold tap. The shower door was jammed shut, I am a tradesman and was reluctant to manipulate it open as I understood the risk of a large glass door coming off its hinges, I was able to eventually force it open.
