Just called and sadly they aren't opened to the public. But the lovely man suggested oyster shed in the area instead. Or pearly Bay.

These guys ship their oysters to for 1. Star Casino and many more. They can be brought fresh, just cracked open, amazing oysters. I personally think you cannot get any better in the world. Found pricing very reasonable for dozen or two if your like me and my wife. Keep up the good work guys, and congrats to the oyster farmers for producing a second to none product of Australia.

I had the pleasure of eating some of AOC appellation oysters. They were plump, creamy and had all the taste notes ascribed to the locality. OMG. The local seafood shop bought oysters are nothing compared to these.
