Food is delicious, love all the different options! Always a go to for birthday cakes and cup cakes! But customer service is not the greatest!! Stuffed up my order my giving me gluten free food and it went in the bin and second time having a 5 minute chat with other colleague while serving us. Not good enough!!

We ordered the gluten free lime coconut cake.Very easy online ordering, and the delivery was prompt and friendly.However the cake was pretty awful. The cake itself was dense and gummy and the lime flavoured buttercream had a cloying, artificial (like lime cordial) flavour.I've had other items from mister nice guys and they were great, but this cake was not one of them.Edit - response to owners - I cannot return the cake as it was thrown out; nobody ate it.

I ordered the Key West cake, and after seeing a recent bad review of the cake, I tried to change the flavour two days before pickup but was told it was too late. I hoped the previous review was a one-off, however I had the same experience - cake tasted horrible, very artificial and medicine-like. The cake was basically inedible - no one ate it, wasted $70. Very disappointed ☹️

We ordered a cake from Mr Nice Guys bakeshop for our daughter's first birthday. Was so easy to order online and the customer service was great answering emails and everything very quickly when I had a question about ordering. We were so happy with the overall experience and the cake looked and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend! Thanks so much!

As soon as my wife and I tried Mr Nice Guy's Portuguese tarts, we knew we needed them on our fully vegan wedding day! The team were very accommodating through the whole process.The tarts were a massive hit, and here is where I would have loved to attached a picture of them setup on the day... unfortunately they were such a massive hit, they were DEVOURED within minutes of being served, and all we have is a picture of the empty platter where they were placed, and set a very high standard for the food for the remainder of the day. Thank you Mr Nice Guy's team!

Ordered a spinach & cheese scroll and a pretzel dog (not a pretzel person, but this one’s really good) and had the best vegan cheesecake here (white chocolate & raspberry) if you’re vegan or just like good stuff, it’s a must try!

Deliciousness! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. You won't taste that they are vegan or gluten free if that is your concerns. You'll pay around 4-5 dollars for a cupcake, a little pricey but they are good. You'll get a 5% discount if you buy a dozen. The peanut butter brownie is the goods... By far my favourite.

We ordered the large rainbow cake for my daughters birthday and it was brilliant! It looked so striking and it tasted so good! Our guests couldn’t believe it was vegan! Also so nice having a cake safe for the allergies my daughter has that actually tastes nice! Very impressed and we’ll be back!!

Came here for some vegan cupcakes and pastries one Saturday morning. A great selection of treats ready to go. There's also a small amount of seating to sit down and eat. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a vegan bakery.
