I have a daughter with additional needs. She would not allow a dentist to inject a needle let alone use a drill. We have tried over 5 different times.The receptionist advised they can offer surgery under general anaesthetic. After consultation with the dentist, then a second consultation with the specialist "

Technically he may be OK but if you have a nervous or anxious child he is not suitable. For a paediatric dentist John made no effort to build rapport with my child who was visibly distraught and I was too and there was no empathy. He spoke down to him and did not remove his mask when he was crying and he terrified my child. The receptionist is wonderful and has a lovely manner. We just came from another place and had the complete opposite experience so thankfully we have a solution. I will not be recommending John to anyone.

Without doubt the most helpful and wonderful team. John was amazing with my daughter who needed her tooth to be extracted. And after many traumatic experiences with other dentists, he made her feel so calm and relaxed: she told me if she ever needs another tooth to come out she will only see John who made her laugh so much. Another shout out to Daniie who always greeted us with a big smile, was so accommodating and helpful and such a lovely person to deal with.

John is the best dentist I've ever come across- and there have been many all over the world. My daughter had severe dental trauma and needed alot of work done. John knows exactly what to say to her, treats her with so much respect, and has helped her work through her trauma so much so that he was able to do a 1 1/2 hour procedure beautifully.

John is amazing. He is so patient with the children and explains exactly what he is going to do (and lets them feel the tools on their fingers) before he starts. My child has been seeing John for 5 years, has had a number of generals to treat his teeth issues, and he bring John pictures to say thanks!! Only this week we had a school yard incident and John squeezed us in and did some emergency work at 7pm at night! I wouldn't get the level of service anywhere else... Although going to the dentist has not been a lot of fun for my child, John has made it into a positive experience.

condescending, no interpersonal skills and made no effort to comfort my child who was terribly scared nor did he speak to my wife pleasantly or offer any comfort. do not see this dentist. awful.

I have been bringing my children here for a few years now and John has been amazing. He is very patient with the kids, makes them feel comfortable and does and thorough job every time. My son broke his 2 front teeth and needed a root canal. He was in the chair for over 2 hours. And he is still happy to go back and see John every 6 months!Simone
