7 Day Pharmacy Caversham

Terrible pharmacy. Constantly don't order in ESSENTIAL medication when asked and there is no call to let you know you're medication hasn't been ordered and there is no accountability. This occurs 9 out of 10 times and that is being generous. Would avoid going here if you require attentive service or people who care. 1 star is absolutely too generous.

Worst pharmacy ever customer service was the worst I've ever encounted I ask how much my prescription would cost I was rudely told $ 50 to 60 dollars I new that was shady so I tried somewhere else and got it for $20 never use this shady pharmacy extremely rude and they would have no hesitation in ripping people off

I have never received good service at this chemist in the 3 years that i have been a customer. They can never find my name for my scripts that's on file, even if i show them how to spell it. Today was the worst ever. I arrived with a a few new scripts and specifically asked for them to be dispensed and the rest to be filed away in my folder. I waited for a long time for them to dispense it and when it was finally ready i found that they did not listen to my request and dispensed the whole lot, putting me out of pocket unnecessary. I am fuming and cannot believe that good service is so hard to come by.

Wife went there at 4.55pm for migraine tablets. They shut the shop on her and waived her on. Extremely rude!

I just got home 5 minutes ago to find they charged me for someone else's prescription and I had to pay an extra 30% than what I actually bought but feeling too unwell to drive back down there. Hard to understand, busy, not friendly

I got my daughters ears pierced a few weeks ago. It’s usually very busy but staff and the pharmacist on duty handled the customers so quickly. It didn’t take me long to be served. The pharmacist that pierced my daughters ears did a fantastic job. She was so knowledgeable and my daughter experienced no pain and even to today- the healing process is coming along so well! Every customer wants good customer service, speed and a sound knowledge base of what they’re getting and staff during the weekend shift exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Dont even deserve one star. I only come to this pharmacy as it's close to home but won't go in again. Every time I've gone in I've had to wait a good while before served - even though I'll be the only person in the store, and they're rude. But today I went in to buy one thing that was marked one price but was charged another - which was higher than the marked price, when I said this to the lady who served me, all she said was prices change all the time... no fix and simply no care. Seeing your previous reviews, I'm surprised your still open... I for one won't be back!

Service levels do not align with other pharmacies. They never call you back when they say they will. In store service is very ordinary to the point where I was in there 3 weeks ago and there were four staff on and three girls were playing with each other's hair and totally ignored me for about 3/4 mins before serving me

Would be nice if their understanding of the language the majority of people speak in Australia was a little better and a small smile to unwell customers would be welcomed.
