had an issue with an account , they told me to go get my id verified at a post office and i still have not heard from them , my account was closed and didnt get the balance that was in it.

Deplorable system. I am not sure if I would ever try again. Seems the left hand has no idea of what the right is doing.At a small town like Normanville we have the Agent in a pharmacy who close at odd times whilst the newsagent who traditionally have such accounts is not able to sell.The we actually put money in the account but can not purchase because we are not enabled" or three other reasons. Very little help on a holiday and the web site is confusing
