Review edited previously given higher rating changed due unsatisfactory service. Went there for weekday lunch ordered the Brekkie Burrito with halloumi the guy who served it chucked it on the table and turned his back not asking if I need anything, the place wasn't even busy to runawaylike that, didn't even bring any cutlery, napkins or water. I tried to eat the Burrito with my hand but was too messy and soft to eat without cutlery. No staff around to ask for anything, So got up to get cutlery and napkins within 2 seconds even before I get to the cutlery station 4 birds were on top of my Burrito. Other patrons said you can't leave any food here. It's really disappointing that the staff members should know and should do their job properly and bring the cutlery and napkins. I had no time to reorder so only ate the still edible half of my Burrito.

Love this cafe. The perfect end to a summer's day swim at my favourite Sydney beach. The food is simple but super tasty and the staff are chill and friendly. Try the fish and chips. Their bacon and egg roll is also perfect.

BEWARE: cafe is charging extra tax on weekends incl. Saturdays (around 10% above published prices) without informing patrons before charging, no signage like with the credit card surcharge. It is however mentioned at the end of the menu on the second page.

Terrible açai bowl. Barely any toppings and the fruit weren’t fresh. Did not look as advertised. Would not recommend.

Couple of things about this place that I love is the speed of the staff and the coffee plus it’s food and all of that is perfect after surfs at freshwater to start the day.This place is a must check out. Super yummy dishes. The couple of pics i have posted are of a special that I hope they bring back with a pea hollandaise sauce and one off the new menu that was released last week “Cauliflower Hash Browns” which hit the spot. Check it out.

Such a great local community in this Cafe. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they always make the coffee just the way you like it.The food is a great size and they have a really yummy healthy menu.If your after a cute local Cafe right next to the beach with a great seating area and yummy coffee & food then this is the place.

The waiting time is ridiculous, I ordered a H&C croissant because I didn’t want to wait for food and it still took them 30 min to toast it and give it to me. It looked like the girl gave my order to the wrong person and then came and asked me about it again. They should manage this place better.

After spending $30 on some coffees and a pastry I asked for a empty coffee cup so I can fill it with water for my pregnant wife as they weren't doing table water and they denied it and left. Don't bother with their terrible service and don't support a rude selfish owner!! Plenty of other amazing cafe like Pilus or Shaka with great service who actually helped us when we went over there!
