WORST vegan pizza we have ever had and we've tried loads!! ordered a vegan chilli chicken pizza whoch was supposed to have vegan mayo, vegan coleslaw and vegan cheese. The pizza arrived and was literally a tomato base, a bit of chilli and some chunks of vegan meat (not chilli chicken) called up to complain and was told they don't know what coleslaw is and ran out of vegan mayo and cheese.. a call or message before they made our order to inform us that it will be missing pretty much all of the ingredients would have been nice so we didn't have to waste $31.59 on a pizza base with some vegan meat on it would have been nice! definitely would have cancelled the order if we knew they didn't have any of the ingredients!! They did nothing to try and rectify their mistakes either. If you're looking for a late night vegan pizza in the city STAY AWAY FROM PEPPER PIZZA!! You have been warned!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERTheir website directed me to a different store and they told me I'll have to pick it up when it's their website that was not working as intended.I ordered from here many times before and never had this issue so that is why I don't bother checking! None of the store willing to give up for a customer or compensate because of their website.Same things also happened with other restaurants and they were always happy to transfer my order over to my local store.Enjoy my two pizzas and the drink is on me.

worst customer service ever, my friend got a pizza and requested no cheese cause she has a dairy allergy. It took an hour to arrive, the driver wasn’t who it said on the app and it was cold. Also, they still put cheese on the pizza that she requested no cheese for. When she called up they answered and said they were closed when she asked if they had put regular or vegan cheese on it, and weren’t helpful at all. Never ordering from here again.

Waited an hour for a wrong delivery. Pizza was cold and wrong pizza. No toppings and very bland. Chicken wings had a splash of sauce over the top.. pretty boring actually.

I ordered paneer tikka pizza from Uber eats. They didn’t put caramelised onion in the pizza which was the reason I ordered this pizza in the first place and when I call for explanation they don’t admit their mistake and say that we don’t put nowadays so you should update it online apps right you’re taking full money for the pizza but not giving its ingredients. Worst experience will never order until and unless they respond properly. I think you could do better instead of giving lame excuses for out of stock items just specify it first.
