It took me some while to do something about my increasing deafness. Finally I succumbed to an offer through the mail and was set up. Didn't take long for me to give the darned thing away. But it seemed likely I'd need to be in front of audiences frequently so I asked my GP (Who is the best I've ever had!), could he recommend anyone. Tracy Ong was the result and I can't offer enough praise for her caring help and professionalism. She is the real deal, knows her stuff (and how!) and has transformed my situation wonderfully!

Highly Recommend Tracy at sounds of life clayfield, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She really didn’t want me to get hearing aids as I have other issues contributing to my hearing loss and tried to encourage me to get my other medical issues addressed instead of spending money on hearing aids. Very honest and upfront about everything and not just out to make a quick buck. Definitely recommend visiting Tracy if you were considering getting hearing aids before visiting anyone else.

I have been a patient of Tracy at Sounds of Life for the past three years and found her to be very supportive and thorough throughout the process of being assessed for hearing loss and adjusting to using hearing aids. She worked with me at a pace that I could manage as I had been living in a world of relative silence prior to my first visit. Through her good advice and management I have become confident to the point that wearing hearing aids is normal as well as necessary to be able to enjoy life to its fullest.

In all my years dealing with every kind of professional from bank executives to school teachers and Insurance brokers, I have never met a more earnest, knowledgeable and caring person in my life. Tracy and her team are amazing! A couple of weeks ago I woke up with unexplained deafness in one ear. In my 30's that's fairly concerning and stressful, but Tracy fit me in for a hearing test at the last minute and was incredibly reassuring.I was quite nervous as to what the results were, but Tracy was amazing and referred me to a GP for further testing (which I'm convinced saved my hearing).My hearing has since returned and I cannot thank Tracy and the girls in her office for their kindness and sensitivity. Sounds of Life is without peer when it comes to customer service. The counter staff or receptionists are just wonderful, helpful, efficient. When I could not get a cup of coffee from the surrounding shops they even made me one will I waited. And the audiologist, Tracy, is simply the best and I mean the BEST, medical professional I have ever met.If you, like me, need hearing services, then you would be doing yourself a grave disservice not seeing them. I have been using them for perhaps 6 years and I never cease to be amazed by them.

Thanks to the positive reviews, I booked my mum in to see Tracey. We felt at ease as soon as we sat down with her. Tracey spoke in Mandarin with mum when she recognised that mum was more comfortable speaking in Mandarin. She was respectful and understanding.Hearing aids are so costly (aud2k upwards), but there was never pressure from Tracey to buy. In fact, we've had 4, 5 appointments for hearing test/aid trials with Tracey and did not pay a cent until the final appointment. From memory, they charge $100+ if we don't end up purchasing a hearing aid, which is fair.We appreciate the ability to trial a hearing aid for free (samples) before deciding to have one. We were advised to visit anytime if there is any issues. Highly recommend Tracey, so experienced and lovely person to meet!

I have been seeing Tracy from Sounds of Life Clayfield now for about three and a half years.Her advice and help finding the correct pair of hearing aids for me was very professional. Not only did she look at the technical side of things but she also worked within the budget I had available and offered the best solution possible.Her patience and thoroughness is remarkable.
