Checked in for boot delivery @ 1801. Had to call front counter @ 1828 to ask about mydelivery. I couldn't go in due to a medical condition. My order was delivered minutes later but to wait 30 mins is not great especially when unwell. The lady on the front counter and the one who delivered my order, who I observed getting trollies in the rain from the carpark were very nice. (5 stars to them) Obviously understaffed and they were doing their best. Management need to review staffing levels especially at peak times.

Would be good if staff helped you when you didn't know where they were. That's why I do most of my shopping at Coles. There isn't enough staff and replace them with all scan your own registers.

We stopped here to get snacks for our road trip from Hobart to Launceston. They were well stocked and the fruit and vegetables were fresh.

Love shopping here, a nice little selection of stores, but if you've got scripts to put in at pricelines, make sure to put them in before you do anything else because they are always so busy

Great place to shop but have to pick your time to shop as they get real busy periods and no fun standing in a long line. Self service checkouts aren't the option either as too many shoplifters hit that store.

never have enough mother energy 10.packs in stock and no self service,mother energy 10 pack jumped up to a $5 increase overnight from $12 on the 22nd Feb to $17 on the 23rd Feb won't be buying these anymore thanks for nothing woolworths ripp off's.

if you want fresh fruit and vegetables from this store FORGET IT, for what the thieving woolworths store charges for said items you would think a fresher quality item would be on the shelves, but NO,decaying fruit is the norm at this store,rotten meat aswell,had to throw more fruit out this week because of mould, and chicken drumsticks from the deli,opened my fridge next day after purchase and the smell was disgusting, do yourself a favour people and check your fruit/vegetables and meat before you take them to the cashier, what they count on is you not bringing anything back to complain about,they are raking in the money hand over fist but offer up rubbish fruit/vegetables and meat,bags of potatoes, guarantee there is always soft mixed in with fresher ones or already rotten ones mixed in with soft ones,just absolutely disgusting

Arrived at direct to boot this morning and a staff member was already outside delivering to another customer. Got out the car and she asked me if I was collecting. I told her yes and she said it wouldn’t be long. i had already notified I’d arrived and took a quick step into the post office. Came out and the staff member was still helping the customer, got snappy with me suddenly and again asked if I had an order. I insisted I did. She didn’t believe me and claimed they didn’t have an order for me under my name (I don’t believe she checked). Irritable with her argument I took out my phone and showed her the sms confirmation and arrival notification. Disgruntled she went in, came back with my order. No apology whatsoever but a terrible attitude throughout! Very disappointed and appalled by behaviour of a Woolies staff member considering I’ve mostly had great customer service. Sadly this was the worst I had experienced.

Not a good look when checkout personnel are drinking cordial and coffee on the checkout. Shop shelves need a bit of a clean stock rotation needs to be looked at as well.
