Cayzer real estate have been my agent for the past 6 years in particular Sharon Taylor -Weeks has been the Managing Agent for the house I rented in BalaclavaShe was outstanding which as a long term tenant isn't always the case. She always got straight back to me when I contacted her (even when she was on holidays) and sorted out immediately anything that was wrong.Thanks Sharon you were awesome to deal with.

For 10 years we have been renting the same unit through Cayzer and have only good words about the service provided. All 3 agents we dealt with have been very good, but Debra, the current one, is really amazing: super friendly and efficient! Cayzer Property Management is exceptional - fees are fair and you have one manager (not a BDM model). Miranda Hughes is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is down to earth, detailed, responsive and practical. Miranda found our tenant in just 4 days - pre lease we had excellent, honest and detailed advice and she went the extra mile in thoroughly reviewing tenancy applications. Works and processes were communicated concisely and quickly. Miranda acts with real speed but always treats Landlords and Tenants with respect, care and responsiveness (we know because we were her tenant years back). This is so important in ensuring that a Tenant has a happy home and a Landlord has peace of mind. Miranda's personable nature makes every decision an absolute breeze! Thank you so much.

The worst rental agency I have ever dealt with in over 15 years of renting. Toilet has overflowed and flooded the apartment with human waste 3 times. As well as 3 other blockages in pipes in kitchen and bathroom sink. They refuse to do the major repairs on the pipes that 4 different plumbers have advised need to be done. Literally living in illegal conditions. Do Not rent any property through this agency!!! Agent is Sharon Taylor-Weeks most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with and has shown no compassion.
