Drive through attendant was friendly. Whoever made the food tonight should be fired. Worst fast food I possibly have ever had. Will not be coming back to Red Rooster after this. Don't waste your money.

Walked in at 8.40pm tonight. 5 staff on talking junk to each other, waited at counter for 5 minutes. No one even bothered to acknowledge me or my partners presence unreal. Literally walked out and went across the KFC.

Went to red rooster Butler yesterday for lunch with disability client and am calling the health department this morning!Ordered the 3 piece satisfier. The chicken smelt and tasted off told the girl at counter and asked for a replacement ,she said it's all from the same batch". b told her if that's the case its all off then. She then offered me chicken tenders but in the same breath said "their going to be the same too cause they're from the same batch. I didn't want food that was off. So out of the box I ate the puny packet of small chips and the ridiculously small potato and gravy as had not got to the chicken at that point. After paying $14.00 she reluctantly gave me a 5$ refund. Should of not been offering more off chicken and looked into the matter. Pretty sure the chicken pieces cost more than that. As I was with my client we were at the store quite a while not once in the near 2 hrs that we were there did anyone come and wipe a table or sweep the floor. We sat at a booth and it was filthy food all over tables and seats plus floor. This was the case for most of the tables and seating. My client needed to use the toilets but they were so dirty

Food was dreadful. Red Rooster really have lost their way. Front of House staff didn’t look too interested at all, sorry I inconvenienced you for placing an order.I put the meal in the bin besides the chips which was the only good thing about the meal.Wasted $18 for a Rippa box meal. I was too embarrassed for the staff to even bother asking for a refund.

Worst food ever… delivery late, missing items I’d paid for. Picture says it all. Was so looking forward to yummy dinner after a really hot day and busy work schedule… placed a big family order only find this arrive. Couldn’t even eat it :(

Once again, a disappointment. The basins in the shared toilet area are filthy and the water came out brown. May be cross infected from the sewage.The chicken today was very dry, and like the chips too salty.The young people here are doing the best they can. Very pleasant and working hard but, hopelessly understaffed.

The food portion was tiny. Food was out in under a minute so it can't have been very fresh. Place was empty which doesn't say alot about the quality.

Cold, oily, undercooked and old very small family chips also got a pineapple fritter which was stone cold Generally questioning whether it even went through the deep fryer. Absolutely disgusting not the first time I’ve received horrible food either just the first time leaving a review. Will not eat from here again.

The staff lastnight are a credit , under the pump from ubereats etc but still managed to look after front of house . The food was delicious, hot , highly recommend best RR North of River. well done all
