I’ve had my all my cars serviced here for 20 years and they’ve always been incredibly trustworthy, helpful and affordable. They’ve taken such great care of my cars over the years and been very accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Mark is the best mechanic I've come across in my 30+ years on the beaches. Honest advice you can trust and at a competitive price. I no longer have my car serviced anywhere else.

Mark and his team have been servicing our family's cars (of different makes and age) for over fifteen years. I have found Mark to be very professional and honest and he will go out of his way to provide a great value service.

Mark was fantastic to deal with. Prices were very reasonable and he was very flexible with availability. Communication was good too. I trusted Mark with my car and would not hesitate to book in again!

Mark has been my mechanic for a few years now, and I highly recommend him and his team for their consistent work and integrity. If something more expensive needs doing, I'm told before it gets started and am given options (in contrast to just being given the bill afterwards, which is what you can get elsewhere!). I have only had good experiences at the Safety Service Centre and that's why I keep coming back, and will continue to do so. Giving one of my easiest 5 stars in a review for a good-natured and reliable mechanic.

Came with a different car (Honda Civic). Did not ask for the service price upfront. For all oil change (and all checkups) for labour only charged $298. Total service cost was over $500

Mark gives an honest and accurate assessment of work needed. Toyota dealer tried to tell me brake pads and rotors needed replacing, Mark checked (no charge) could have sold me new pads & rotors, but said they were fine, come back in 10,000Ks - which I will. Has also done work on other cars over the years, good quality, reliable and I trust his advice. Will continue to go back.

In short don't go here for rego check, there will be a lot of upsellsand finiding and picking up on little things for making money.Looking at the reviews, my experience in the two visits was the opposite, I found that it was a very opportunistic approach to not approve my car for registration, my car is fairly new but he found a few drops of oil on the undercover of my car, it s unfortunate because my car was parked on a steep slope and another mechanic checked it was just a loose oil bolt which other mechanic I took to fix it for free and approved by car in no time.And the first experience I went for pink slip he asked me to fix the headlight to fit double the price of than other mechanic but it was the last day of my pink slip so I felt like maybe he wanted to charge me more because of that and that's why I had to go to blue slip with him again because the 3 months of pink slip have passed but I'm not planning to go again.I would not recommend going there. There are much better and more helpful mechanics out there.
