if I could rate 0 stars I totally would, took my gorgeous ragdoll girl in today for a butt trim and wash and blow dry. got her back after 3pm after taking her in before 9am, she was wet, they cut her ears and did other trims that we did not ask for. she was shaking and their excuse for not calling after she was ready is “too busy” don’t overbook if you cannot handle all the animals with love. I’m disgusted of this and how they did not ask for permission for the extra trims. They should be ashamed for what they did to my gorgeous girl, they told us they were going to make her sleepy, then they said they fully sedated her, without asking ask once again for permission. They nipped her ears, where we did not ask. The smell of shampoo is very strong as if they didn’t rinse her properly. Clearly this small town vet has never seen such a gorgeous cat before and has to do a little “style experiment” cut. $65 could’ve done better myself. don’t take ur kitty here.
