The staff at Plus Outdoor went absolutely above and beyond to help me choose the perfect raincoat for my needs.The jacket I was interested was out of stock, so I emailed to find out if it was being restocked. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, as it was old season, but the new version had arrived at the warehouse. However, due to the pandemic, the new stock hadn’t been modeled yet, so the incredible team at Plus Outdoor organised for one of the staff to video call me to show me the jacket. I ended up purchasing this jacket, but required a return (because I didn’t use the Find My Fit tool - I would highly recommend using this to assist with sizing, as I forgot to account for the fact that raincoats don’t have much, if any, stretch to them).The size up fit like a charm, and it has now been a staple in my wardrobe for around five months. Due to the relentless rainfall over the last few months, I’ve been wearing it almost daily, with it only getting the odd day off if the sun peeks through. As a result, I am now in the process of deciding which jacket I would like to purchase next so that I am able to have them on rotation. I am incredibly happy with the raincoat (Halti Fort).Throughout my purchase and exchange, I ended up corresponding with three staff members, and each one was as wonderful, genuine, and helpful as the next. The rain jacket I ordered is great, it’s high quality, fits very well and has lots of really handy details and heaps of pockets. The Plus Outdoor videos were great in helping me make the perfect choice. The jacket is so comfortable, looks great on, isn’t sweaty and doesn’t make a lot of noise when you walk. I wear it even when it’s not raining. My jacket was delivered quickly with good communication. Highly recommend!

So happy! Fast delivery and the only place I could find something of great quality - 15,000 waterproof - that fits a curvy girl. On sizing, I took the advice on the site and did the measurements. I am an 18 with a 18/20 top, and I got the size 22-24 jacket and it is perfect. My hiking can continue in winter, dry and warm! Thank you, team!

Plus Outdoor is the only Aussie brand that stocks a huge range of plus size outdoors, rain and ski gear. I have a couple of their jackets, and both have held up keeping me perfectly dry in torrential rain. Mainstream outdoor brands are still lagging behind with high quality technical gear for bigger bodies, and Plus Outdoor has done the hard yards to source gear to fit my size 20/22 body. I am frequently recommending it to my body positive adventure members of Escaping Your Comfort Zone.
