Perfectly located apartments within the free tram zone and a short walk to Southern Cross Station. Opposite a well - appointed park for fitness, bouncing a basketball and relaxing. Quiet location, and quiet apartments. Everything you need for a short or long term stay.

Apartments. Long term accommodation also. Building is 17yrs old and has the fire hazard cladding currently being removed. Sleep ins can be hard with workman outside your window....maybe wait till cladding has been completely removed and replaced. I've been told, the day i moved in that is, that I won't be able to access balcony over winter due to cladding removal. Was really disappointed to hear this after I had just signed the 12month lease. The view is the amazing...pity I won't see it for a few months. Wish the real estate had told me.

My wife, 2 children and I stayed here in January. We only met Paul not Belinda, hospitality was fantastic. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We usually stay in the centre of Melbourne because of its convenience and location. I could not fault the location here at Docklands Executive Apartments. Walk out front door about 100 metres to the nearest tram stop if you don't feel like walking. A short walk to Woolworths, Marvel stadium. The self contained kitchen was fantastic for when we just wanted to stay in for the night. I have told family and friends about this place and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Melbourne. Great, great, great place and highly recommend it.

These apartments are very nice but be aware if you have booked a stay through Agoda or similar. As it turns out, which we found out after completing a non-refundable booking, that they are not serviced apartments nor a proper hotel stay.In fact the way they’re run seems quite similar to Airbnb. You’ll have to meet up with a representative to collect keys which can be a hassle if you’re arriving late or get delayed etc.The stay was pleasant and the apartments are in a great location close to the free tram lines running into the cbd.The location is also walking distance to southern cross station, spencer street outlets, DFO and crown casino.Not much is open around the docklands on a weeknight however the free tram service is quite frequent and will take you to the nightlife found in the CBD.The apartments are lovely and well decorated. Ours came with decent wifi and Foxtel although the one channel I wanted to watch (506) wasn’t working, but appeared to be more of a Foxtel issue

Premium, upmarket accommodation. Very luxurious and well appointed. Everything was provided to make it feel like a true home stay.

Fantastic location. The apartment had everything you would need. All the little extras like power boards beside the bed for phone and iPad charging, a fully equipped laundry and condiments in the kitchen were fantastic. You don't need to take anything as they have all the comforts of home. The manager also greated us which made us feel extra special. Thanks Paul. We will definitely be back. It would be hard to beat this accommodation in Melbourne

A great stay in a beautiful well equipped apartment. Location very convenient with a major train station behind and 2 extremely convenient tram stops out the front. Management seemed very caring, friendly and happy to provide on request without intruding at all.

This is truly a fantastic experience. Apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable and the views are spectacular. The person looking after us is also exceptionally cheerful and friendly which adds to the atmosphere of the building. Wish the artwork in the lobby was a little more interesting than plain orange. Also for some reason the lobby smells a little odd, but overall excellent. Do not hesitate to stay here!
