Happy to take your money but good luck trying to actually get in contact with them. I purchased a pendant light over 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. I have tried leaving phone messages, facebook messages, emails etc and yet nobody responds. I love their products, but I guess they are too precious to actually care about things like customer service and responding to their customers.

The pathetic excuse of a company has deleted my review (how can they even do that?!)**REPOST**I don't even know how to begin this review the customer service was that appalling/disgusting/unimaginable. I can't believe I was stupid enough to purchase a $2,000 dining table off of these people without reading these reviews (minus the staff reviews giving them fake 5 stars). After three months, 100 emails, 200 phone calls and complaints to my bank I finally received my table... DAMAGED. In those three months I was offered a free pot (did not receive that), free delivery (have not received that) and $200.00 off the dining table for it being faulty (am yet to receive that also) . All I can say is, please do not buy anything off these people. They are that dodgy they delete your instagram comments when that is your last resort of contacting them (because they are constantly updating their page) yet can't answer emails or phone calls. I could go on about this place for hours, but I will leave it at that. BUYERS BEWARE.Update ^^ - Still no refund.... I have taken this up the supplier direct.

DISHONEST COMPANY. Like the commentors before me, I purchased $580 worth of pots online in early April which I am still waiting for. I have not heard back from the company nor have I been able to get through to them for the past 3 weeks. As I am a lawyer I have found through my own sources that there is a legal battle going on between the two partners , with one of the owners being kicked out of the business by the other. Still it is not the customer's problem and this is not good enough. I am going straight to Fair Trading if I do not hear back by the end of the week.

Below was my review which I now can’t find. From reading other reviews regarding deleted reviews I’ve decided to post once again to make sure people are aware! I will too contact fair trading to make a complaint.BEWARE!!! NO COMMUNICATION AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could do 0 stars I would. I am not one to write bad reviews but after the experience I have had with the Design Twins they have left me with no other option. Reading the other bad reviews I feel sympathy for them as I know what they are going through. I purchased 3 flynn mirrors in March 2018 for our new house. They took months and months to arrive with little to none explanation. Before they arrived I decided I wanted 4 mirrors in total. So I added an extra mirror to my order. They finally turned up around June however 1 of the mirrors was different to the other 3. So back on the phone to Design Twins however they NEVER answer their phone. Several emails later and 100 phone calls someone answered. Hallelujah!! It was all too hard to get the wrong mirror swapped so I just gave in and advised I would use the wrong mirror in our powder room and buy 1 more flynn Mirror. I need 4 of the same as both our bathrooms have 2 x Flynn Mirrors in each. I am yet to receive the replacement flynn mirror. I have emailed Katelyn & Larrisa but no reply. I have phoned and left messages, but no answer. NO ONE CARES!!! Today I finally got onto an owner Jane who said she would call the courier company and get back to me at 3:30pm today. I didnt believe her so I asked for her personal mobile. At 5pm I called her personal mobile and she advised she was still waiting for the courier company to call her back. When I asked why she didn't update me at 3:30pm like she promised but she didnt answer the question. It is starting to get beyond ridiculous now and I am considering taking the matter further. Nothing seems to add up. So again ill wait for a phone call tomorrow and again I will realise I was sucked into believing they will call when they wont.......and the mirror saga continues.

Is it even possible to delete google reviews? Seems so! Do not buy from this company, WORST customer service ever - if you can even call it service. I was one of the lucky ones who finally received my refund for a product which never arrived to me. They delete instagram comments almost immediately if they are negative (but true). Do your research and buy from a 5 star company instead.

I have been trying to contact Design Twins for the past month chasing up a mirror I have ordered and paid for and heard nothing. I have since returned to their website to discover they have been placed into liquidation. Hopefully the contact provided will be able to organise refunds. Extremely disappointed that the company would accept orders/payments when knowing they would be unable to fulfil the requests. Poor business practice and not surprising that they are no longer in business.

Such bad customer service. We ordered a number of items in store (probably spent nearly $4K in total). All in all it ranged from 3-6 months to receive all of our items despite being told at purchase that most of our items were in stock and would be delivered the next week. I cannot count the amount of emails and phone calls I made, let alone the visits to the store to follow up. Such a waste of time. It’s all glossy on the front end of the business but on the back end it’s terrible!! If I never followed up I feel like we never would have received anything. Soooo many excuses each time (when I got a response). It’s not good enough. Buyer beware!!

Be warned!!! I bought a print - after several phone calls and emails finally got my print delivered after 9 weeks and it is broken. Was not packaged properly!!! Have been emailing and leaving voicemail messages for the last week and no one is replying to me. In reading some of the other reviews I possibly should be gratefull I have received anything. Have contacted fair trading will take this further on principle and the fact that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so disappointed.

WORST COMPANY EVER! SCAMMERS!Iv been waiting almost 4 months for an art work!! They don’t answer calls or any emails and delete all negative social media comments! Spoke to Louisa only once when I finally got through who told me TNT lost the item but once I contacted TNT they confirmed the item was never even booked out!They said they would order another on and then argued with me that it had only been a month when it had already been 12 weeks since ordering. Iv been still waiting to hear about the reorder and apparently it was never done and now I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Iv created a pay pal dispute and hoping to just get at least some of my money back!
