Years of issues after they installed my toilet! Would NOT come out until 2 weeks ago...NOW my toilet leaks at the bottom....and as he adjusted the cistern water flow it constantly runs water. The boss response?...tells me to get legal. I DID! Consumer Business Services are WELL AWARE!NOT VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL.Should have installed the CORRECT cistern in the FIRST PLACE. Wow oh wow.

Unbelievable service from this company..Last time I used them for a hws was 15 years ago and today nothing has changed the greatest trade service I have ever used. Many thanks to John and Damien.

When you find a good company, you stick with them. They have been very helpful with advice and thorough with their work. I would gladly recommend them to others.

Damien and his team have done a great job fixing our toilet and put a tap in our backyard. They were affordable, on time and really polite would definitely use them again.

Installed our toilet but didn't check the cistern was adequate water flow. As a consequence there is not enough water pushing through the paper etc. After repeated attempts to get issue rectified someone came out and 'fixed' the cistern. It now keeps running when buttons pressed. The plumber who attended thought it was satisfactory to shove a mop in the toilet and unblock that way. Now the toilet leaks from outlet too. Sent photos and videos to Damien....But REFUSES to fix the damage THEY caused. Keen to do the work and take the money but not keen to fix their mistakes. Oh yeah they got an apprentice to do the major install. Not recommended AT ALL!

I rung early Friday morning as my toilet was blocked up and they couldn't get out until Monday afternoon. I had to ring someone else
