Brunch it is again in Geelong! Choose this place based on the name. Had the lamb koftas and the roasted vegies. The food was good but thought given the middle eastern base, it could have a bit more of a kick (spices) - the cous cous etc was fairly bland. Very generous serves and it was super busy when we went!

Have visited twice in the past couple of weeks and the food has been simply stunning on both occasions. Really thoughtful flavours and exceptionally interesting menu with something for everyone - beautiful ambience, excellent coffee and really lovely staff as well. Hands down our new fave breakfast place - incredible work guys!!

Can feel a bit BOXed in on a rainy day. Granted it was busy, however we were seated outside with no heating.Service: very friendly and smiles all around.Prawn roll: bit weird that the tails were left in. Had to keep picking them out.Chicken and waffles: waffles were bland in my opinion. Chicken and maple ice cream was nice.

I visited for cake and coffee, but wasn't overly impressed. The cakes looked good but lacked flavour, and the coffee wasn't to my standards.I'm interested to see if the lunch menu is any better, but I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Some of the food tasted good, but was not enjoyable. Coffee was just ok. Toast was rock hard (yet not burnt). They said they wouldn't charge for the coffee we didn't order, but they did not remove it from the bill. Service was a little bit disorganised, but staff were nice. I wish I had a more relaxed experience.

The burgers were slow to come out (over 45 mins) and quite tasteless. The chips were dry and tasted like they had been reheated. Of course, it might just have been an off day for the chef. On the plus side, the servers were very friendly and the decor is great.

I’ve been going to a Box Office pretty regularly for a while now, because the coffee is great and the food is pretty good. But after today, the little things that have been bugging me are now overwhelming and I don’t think I’ll go back. The place is grimy, it has always had a grungy feel, but no it’s actually just not clean. The staff are so inexperienced that they don’t pick up on things like that the water bottle (a recycled wine bottle) still has its sticky residue from the label to which hair and fluff has stuck, or that the salt and pepper grinders are empty and/or faulty. It doesn’t feel nice to pick up a sticky bottle! The bathroom is grotty (I had to change my baby on the floor in there once, it was not pleasant). The menus are ancient and grimy (they’re printed on normal paper, just print fresh copies!). The whole place needs a big scrub and more attention paid to cleanliness and quality control.

I will leave my previous review below but may as well uodate.I had lunch a coupd of days ago and, left some food there which is unusual to me. decoration is great, way more than perfect, but.. Beef burger was over-cooked with weird taste of beef.. disappointed at this and had one potato chip as this is hard to let me down.. it waa cold and dry. And so, moved on next meal, Pork belly benedict.. well, served with one big piece of slow cooked pork belly-overcooked and dried. and besides there was fried potato or something, cannot recognised what it is, not just me but all of my friends tried/tasted, none of us could guess what that is. it's sad and disappointing food was like that.. I rather have toast or just small cake or coffee if I get to need to go..Not favourite anymore----------------------------------------------------So great! Highly Recommending!Sat on the balcony on the beautiful sunny day with good coffee coffee food.Kind staff was helping and explaining about menu, was delighted!Also figured the cafe also opens night time with wine & dinner available! Gotta come back on dinner time!
