Helpful, friendly, and considerate to what l wanted done to my 4x4, trailer and quad. My car is better than before and going like a Boeing ! Mechanically the service is great. As a female l felt the price was fair and l was pleasantly surprised considering my list! Extremely happy customer!

I rang to organise a time for my car to be towed. Got quoted $260. Which I was fine with. Asked for a rough time and date for the service and was abused. Got told that he wasn't able to give a time or date as he has a sick wife and a life outside of work. So I asked why it couldn't be done inside works hours. To which I was told he was to busy.Got called a f#%$wit for asking a question related to RAA towing services and was told I could get a booklet that would answer my questions.Very unprofessional operationI wouldn't recommend going here unless absolutely necessary.

Had a bullbar fitted was quoted $400 cost over $1000 in end, when bill was given to me. Did not complain until sensor kept beeping, it was not flush when we got it back. But was accused of moving sensor which we did not, have pictures to prove it. They fixed it then charged me another $55. When I complained I was wrong even with pictures that I showed them. Just wanted a fair honest go from them but No. I will add that they did do a good job of bullbar that is why I did not argue about price, as it was a big job. I understand this. It was that they took another $55 that upset me when the sensor needed straightening anyway.

Called RAA for a breakdown & Kemps Machinery Services was sent out. They towed my caravan back to Millicent with unsuitable vehicle & no electrics plugged in (lights or brakes) said they attempted to fix the problem with my car but where unable to fix it. Charged me $200 to get my car back bearly drivable. Another mechanic in Millicent got the car going later that day & would not take any money for his time (roughly 3 hours).
