Awesome customer service. Very friendly staff especially Monique. We need Officer like her.

We had a trailer registration/inspection appointment today and the lady who served us had excellent customer service. She was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and therefore we experienced a smooth transaction. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. I took my dad to the Sunbury branch yesterday morning to add his concession to his registration renewal, which is literally a couple of minutes process. When we arrived after travelling close to 30 minutes, there was a sign appointments only. A lady came out and said appointments only, come back after lunch as we are short staffed. I explained that I took time out of work to bring my dad and that it was literally a couple of minutes process to update his concession update. There was absolutely nobody there, another lady was inside again with no customers visible. She kept saying that they are short staffed and appointments only. I was polite and told her the amount of time she was taking to refuse to assist us, the job could have been done. Very disappointing. I then went to the Sunshine branch, walked in and out in no less than 2 minutes without any issues. It is not easy for elderly people to go online and update this information and so they rely on personal customer service which was definitely lacking at the Sunbury office.

I went for a drive test with Steph.She made me comfortable from the very start of the test. She was very professional.

I had a wonderful experience at Sunbury VicRoads. Delise (and I hope I am spelling the name right) particularly was so polite, helpful and really wonderful. I had totally messed up my appointments that day and thought I had a really bad day until she so kindly helped me out with my Learners permit and guided me with the next steps. Thanks so much, Delise!

I did my driving test today at Sunbury vicroad . It’s a compact office but every staff is so welcoming and lovely.My instructor name is Monique she give me very clear instructions and all the time try to calm my nerves. Thank you Monique

Worst customer service I have ever experienced ever! Never met staff so rude in my life. Will never return to such a place like this. They can’t even be decent enough to let you use their toilet. I work in customer service myself and am completely appealed by the service I have experienced today. It doesn’t matter if you are having a bad day, I came here for an appointment there’s no need to take it out on a customer who is just coming in. The receptionist literally made me feel like a dog on the street. She was even clapping her hands at me telling me to hurry up. Staff members name was Steph. To say disappointed is an under statement.

OK the service is normally absolute garbage. However there is a Vietnamese dude here who has totally changed my mind. His service was completely straight forward, positive/polite, and helpful with the process of what was being requested. Can't remember his name but this guy is an asset to this place! Everyone else there could learn from him!

Worst place I even been. Rude staff. I went for my driving exam and they said No ,, book test again and come next time .. As I was late for 10 minutes Coz firstly I went to other side of building and then Parked at wrong place . Seriously, the lady was very rude
