Thank you Watermaid for the excellent service.My first electrolytic chlorinator was from another company. It worked ok but failed after a while. I decided to replace it with the more expensive WM44 from Watermaid.After a couple of years of good operation, our Watermaid WM44 displayed a “fatal error’ last week on Wednesday morning. I called Watermaid, and the helpful and friendly Tegan was able to arrange to ship the unit from our place in regional NSW by Wednesday afternoon. It was repaired by Charles and sent from Watermaid’s Sydney premises on Friday, and received here and reinstalled on Monday, and it’s again working fine.That’s what I call efficient and friendly service. Keep up the good work!

I have used Watermaid equipment for approximately 30 years. This company has the best equipment, best service, and best prices. They are always ready to help, consult, repair anything that's faulty or under warranty quickly and without fuss. They have tones of spares, and really look after their customers, and have that personal touch.... I would recommend Watermaid 1000%. You don't find product and service like this very often.

Outstanding service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff . After gaining some technical help I had parts delivered to rural NSW in just a couple of days . I was not expecting to be able to buy any parts for a more then 20 Year old chlorinator but to my surprise what I needed was still available . I have been very impressed with the quality and overall durability of the Watermaid brand and the fact that they are still made in Australia is an added bonus .

On the advice of our pool installation company I bought a Watermaid RP9 two years ago. The main benefits highlighted were quality and customer service. The circuit board has burnt out leaving scorch marks on the gable end of our house. I contacted Watermaid as the unit was still in the 3year warranty period. Watermaid's postion was that the warranty was void, stating as the unit had been incorrectly installed. The unit was installed on the gable end of our house and not under cover and apparently this unit is not rated for outdoor use. The unit was professionally installed and subsequently inspected by Watermaid a few weeks post installation as there was an issue with chlorination. The voiding of the warranty was the first time I had been advised that the unit was required to be installed undercover.Very disappointed customer, buyer beware this issue.Update 23/2/23After negotiation with Watermaid, the pool installation company have advised that Watermaid will now fix our chlorinator under warranty. Chlorinator will be reinstalled with a weather shield.

The service was very efficient and friendly - I was after a QT300 cell. After calling them and ordering it, I had it in less than a day; and, that included delivery to Dapto (south of Wollongong). Excellent stuff!

Super Service! Drove up to the office where they replaced my old watermaid connection box with a new one (look at the new wiring!) and the very helpful service representative found an old but way better case. All replaced FOC on the spot as a friday afternoon special!" Highly recommend Watermaid!"
