Concierge Car Wash - Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City 1

I recently had my car detailed at Concierge Car Wash Joondalup and I am so pleased with the results. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new after they were done. They paid attention to every detail and made sure to get into all the nooks and crannies. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car detailing experience.

Great job done. Nice detailing. The location however is hard to find them. Great positioning in a car park. Good for business.

Paid $66 for a below average clean that took 25 minutes. Dashboard wasn’t touched, marks on my windows and doors from not being wiped down properly, seats were not touched/cleaned. Vacuumed the floors and sprayed some air freshener.

My first time using this service was not a problem, however, unfortunately my second experience with this detailer was terrible. I paid $200 for a car detail and when I got the car back many basic things had not been done to standard or at all. The rims literally weren't cleaned at all, they were black on collection. The handbrake had sand all over it, the cupholder was still dirty and under the seats had not been touched. If this was a $50 wash I wouldn't have kicked up a fuss but for $200 it was an extreme rip off. When I brought these issues to the staffs attention they recognised the poor standard, yet did nothing to rectify the issue.

I have been going there for a while, the job is normally okay but I’ve picked up my car and the job this time is terrible, paying $140 and the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed properly, the wipe over has marks everywhere and to top it off I have broken glass on the floor where my child’s car seat is and we didn’t have a broken window… I even had gold coins from my side door taken (only $5) but still…The job was that bad, I got home and had to vacuum and wipe it all down myself, huge waste of money!

Booked a premium wash $55 and was charged $65 even though it includes an interior vacuum. Happy with the cleaning but the customer service is abit lacking and pushy. Every time the manager is pushing me to upgrade the service even though it's a brand new car! Don't bother booking a time slot, I still had to wait 2.5 hours and the booking fee isn't reimbursed even though they say so on the website.

Took my quite dirty Ram in for a wash wax and interior clean. Paid $160 so about $90 cheaper than my last clean elsewhere. They did a fantastic job on the rims, inside was well cleaned and smelt nice, outside was done well with minimal water marks when j got home. She shines brightly now and I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Booked online for a sedan (Toyota Corolla hatchback) Premium wash ($55), timeslot I chose offered a $5 discount. When arrived they tried to upgrade me to the Premium wash ($65), declined and confirmed I only wanted the Premium. Upon booking online you’re required to pay a $2 deposit, however on paying the balance I was informed I had already received a $5 discount so the $2 deposit was null and void as no further discount was available and wouldn’t acknowledge the deposit was part of the payment stating instead it’s a booking fee via the website although it clearly states on the website the booking deposit will be deducted from the overall price. Don’t book online as they don’t uphold prices quoted, not a big cost difference but no need to advertise discounts or deposits if not willing to uphold.

I gave them an old car and they made it sparkle inside and out! And friendly guys. Will definitely use them again. Great job!
