I purchased My Muscle chef meal And went straight to oven which wasn’t working, staff was really aggressive and he didn’t even returned the item. i put meal straight to the bin. Please advise your staff to return item if relevant machine doesn’t work.

They were going to charge me 2.50 extra for a bottle of water. If I hadn’t looked at the receipt I wouldn’t gotten a refund. It was the girl at duty on 10.08 on 31 January. The owner should really look who they are hiring.

Come in consistently and the sandwiches are all on the used by date with no markdowns, also the hot food is marked 4:54 am when i come in at 10 am (i believe its meant to be thrown out after 2-3 hours), again not even marked down.

Every time when I arrived here to pick up the Uber order I face a worst experience I never ever faced in any another store. the staff member who is working in here at the night shift(10:50pm on 13th November) is really ridiculous towards the Uber drivers, very bad attitude. This is not a way to treat the food delivery guys, every one should be treated equally really shame on him.

For a very central petrol station on a main road, I don't know if it's me - it's on the way to work - and most of the time the coffee machine is busted. I like a coffee when I stop for petrol before work. The staff don't seem very interested about it all either. I don't find them friendly at all. I only stop here because I have to. Means to and end unfortunately. They could do with some customer service lessons.
