Concierge Car Wash - Stockland Shellharbour

Had my other car (Tesla S ) cleaned there about a year ago and they did a very good job. Took my Skoda Kodiaq there yesterday for a mini detail prior to selling it and was less than impressed. There were spots left unwashed/wiped on the base of the doors outside and inside, polishing was very patchy. Not good enough for a $145 charge.

Terrible job! My girlfriend brought her car here for a full detail and they convinced her to get a buff and polish which looks like it hadn’t even been done. The inside of the car is still an absolute mess, looks like they haven’t even bothered or tried to vacuum inbetween or under the seats leaving hair and dust everywhere. $400 for a full detail forcing my girlfriend to go pull money out of an atm saying they cannot take card as they only take cash and cannot leave without paying cash which is so unprofessional. This business should not be running as they are ripping people off by making them pay cash and not doing the job right. Absolutely disgusted in the service

I would not recommend going here.I paid $190 for interior detail.I could have done a better job myself, it was definitely not up to the standards you would expect for paying that price.Several parts were untouched.When leaving feedback, customer service was not helpful at all.Waste of money!!

Happy enough with my Exterior Express Wash for $25.Only negative was kept waiting for 10 minutes for pick up with parcels.. and a 2 hour drive home!

I took my Ford Ranger into Concierge Car Wash today. It is used as your typical farm car and was covered from top to bottom in mud and scratches, the boys did an amazing job cleaning the car inside and out and easily kept it within my budget couldn’t recommend a better car wash in the Illawarra area. Great job guys!!!

Would not recommend. I used to get my cash done here often for $70 and it was amazing. Now it’s changed owners and the one guy opens Concierge Car Wash and Opal (outside Stockland) Signs say $70 for premium wash, vacumn and indoor clean. But now when you pull up the older gentleman says - oh no your car is far too dirty for that price. It’ll be $250 detail fee which includes full wax and polish all internals etc.So the first time I paid this as he said he’d do a full detail etc. I picked it up after 2 hours and it wasn’t as clean as the $70 premium clean I paid for last time! Patches missed on the outside, places missed on the inside. Wheels not done. I took it to them and shower him and he said it would be an extra hour. Or I could come back next time and get a free wash as I had to leave. 3 months later I came back to the same guy and reminded him of my free clean. Again he told me my car was too dirty for a free clean!!?? Does he expect me to bring a clean car to him? He eventually did it for $50 however I had to bicker with him back and forward which is very unprofessional.He’s rude and always tries to upsell you. False advertising. I will never return while under this management. Now I know he runs both I won’t go to either of them.

*DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE**Father in law paid $250 for a full in and out clean and polish. Car came back dirty and barely polished. Interior took 3 days to dry the seats were that wet. Amour all was sprayed on all the windows, and was so much on the steering wheel that it was dangerous to drive it was that slippery.

I have a single cab ford ranger, aluminium tray, 2 black boxes, i paid 250 for full detail and I am very very happy, inside done well, outside done very very well, the only thing I could say is the rear window had overspray from something still on there but other than that I very very happy.

I arrived at 3:45pm today hoping to have my vehicle washed, however the attendant informed me he didn't have the time. I found this incredulous as they weren't supposed to close until 5:30pm.This type of blase attitude is totally unacceptable. I will never use Concierge Car Wash again, indeed I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
