Industrial Trailers

Avoid this place at all times. Very poor workmanship. Cannot even wire a trailer correctly. The trailer I purchased was given a vin number from someone else's trailer that was registered 14 months earlier with a different number plate. The number plate I received was second hand and could only be used for a semi trailer. They will not answer calls and rectify this. Looking around the factory is of poor quality and no stock. They are obviously on their last legs.

She said she could deliver but didn’t even start my trailer until 2 days before it was due, her staff told me she even had to borrow parts to complete it but it wasn’t complete, draw slides were only attached by a couple of screws at one end so it couldn’t take the weight as advertised, the side draw only came out 1/3 of its length cause they don’t use the right length sliders, the false floor I requested wasn’t installed and in the end just gave it to me placed it inside the trailer for me to install, promised to send me parts to fix side draws but blocked me instead, paint job was so bad it just started peeling off within 1st month, I had to ask for chains to attach trailer to my Ute (a safety feature and not an extra), the rear draw wouldn’t lock in unless you slammed it shut then wouldn’t open easy when I mentioned it I was treated like an inconvenience, I had to ask for so many things that should of been included and/or just done, I wanted to have loops on the doors so I could lock doors with padlocks as well but never got them either, the trailer leaked as well, I had to pull out sikaflex and seal it all up myself.The only thing I wish is I could give no stars.Reading their responses to other reviews and all they do is blame the purchaser and take no responsibility themselves, if that’s not a red flag then what is!Do yourself a favor and stay very clear of this company they are extremely dodgy and your better off with many of the more reputable companies out there!

Don't deal with these guys they are scammers. Took my deposit. No trailer. They lied all the way. Sent me pictures of the build plate. Told me it was ready. Never happened. Promised a refund time and time again. After a year they keep saying they will return it and don't. Liars and theives. Be warned.

I was pleased with the customer service at this industrial trailer company. They were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Absolute rubbish! Owned the trailer 1 year and it’s falling apart and this company won’t take any responsibility from the very start of their poor workmanship! This is the 2nd trailer they had to build for us too! Never ever buy their rubbish

I have bought a flat bed tipping trailer from industrial trailers. Which has no match it comes with heavy duty alloy wheels and powder coating. Process from ordering to pick was so smooth and no hick ups at all.trailer towa well and no complaintsi will be definitely a return customer in futuregood luck

Possibly the worst trailer manufacturer in Australia. Ordered a mowing/landscape trailer which started to fall apart within 3 months of delivery. Had to get department of fair trading involved for them to do anything. They had trailer for 8 months to repairs. Paint over spray over sign writing,Welding looks like it was done by a kid. Wouldn't let them build a billy cart.Customer service is non existent. Rude, arrogant and very unprofessional

I ordered a 10x5 tipper trailer with ramps back in April 2022, with an advised lead time of 4 weeks. After many delays, delivery of the trailer was attempted in August 2022, but it was missing the ramps. I was assured these could be made and delivery would occur 2 weeks later. It is now March 2023 and I still have no trailer. And they are refusing to refund me my money ($9100). Every excuse under the sun for delays, and then they ghosted me for months until I got Consumer Affairs Victoria involved. They then said they would refund me and it would take 3 weeks. 4 weeks later and they have not refunded and now saying they cannot refund and the staff member who offered the refund no longer works there. Alls they can offer us delivery of a new trailer in 1 week. I would doubt quality building one that quickly when the original build time was 4 weeks. Avoid this company at all costs, there are many reviews of similar experience to mine. Many of the positive reviews read like they’re scripted and should not be believed in my opinion.

Probably the worst quality trailer I’ve seen. I’m a second year apprentice carpenter and put my trust in industrial trailers to build a good quality trailer as they advertise they do. I live 600klms away and expected a lot better. Especially putting a lot of money into it as an apprentice. Leaks like a sieve. Axles weren’t aligned when I got it. Doors are flimsy and didn’t come with seals. Doors were just flapping and weren’t latching. They don’t use greasable hinges and the welds are as poor quality as I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend industrial trailers unless they were to improve on everything. I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone in their businesses have any qualifications. Very disappointed.
