A 5 minute walk to Westfield, 2 minute walk from Gull, and has nice distant bay side view.Great place to stay with lovely staff and service. The rooms are very well maintained. The staff are extremely attentive and very polite. I checked in during a very busy period and needed a small thing done and they were happy to help.The only criticism is the ironing board, I travel a lot and need an ironing board for adults, not a kids play toy thing that collapses at the slightest touch.

We had an all day work meeting there and the facilities were good. The food served up for lunch however, was far from good. The bread used for sandwiches was absolutely stale and had me checking for mould after one bite. Really strange that no one picked up on the fact that the bread was stale, or they just knew and didn't care. Couple of drinks upstairs after the meeting was good

most enjoyable experience,comfortable clean room.Easy access to everything.Staff pleasant and polite Unfortunately dinner was disappointing my meal came out totally different to menu my husbands meal was tasteless and balsam dressing all over it instead of on the side. Buffet breakfast was great, even the machine coffee.

The lobby is great. The folks checking us in were great. The room is nice and big and clean. The bed is really good. The bathtub needs a bit of attention. The mould needs to be cleaned. For breakfast, the staff are very friendly. However, they need to be thought to ensure that any food item that is running low, should be topped up. Not wait until it is completed finished and we have to wait.

Has been my work hotel of choice but now rethinking my options. The restaurant and room service are so disappointing. Tonight the pasta, gnocchi, risotto and chicken all unavailable (same as last visit). The pictured Parma cold and burnt. Reception staff are lovely and try their hardest but the kitchen is letting the team down.

Reception staff was lovely upon arrival and check out. Rooms are a little outdated, need a refurbish. Room was very clean. Bathroom very small and the water pressure of the shower was too low. Paying $27 per night for a car park is a bit rich (stayed 2 nights), considering the price of the room per night and yes there is off street parking but with time limits. Overall stay was ok, expected more from a four star hotel.

Stayed here as we had a wedding in the area. The hotel is ok. Nothing amazing. The bar area is nice and looked renovated but the rooms need some work as with the carpet. It just feels yuk when you step out of the shower and barefoot onto the carpet. We were offered a free upgrade which was a nice gesture. Pillows were comfortable, as with the bed. For the price this hotel is fine. Paying $27 for parking is a bit much, yes there is off street car parking but for $27 I would expect my car to be secure and locked up. Also we visited the bar at 3:30pm and there were no food options, we were only offered a packet of chips and a chocolate bar. You would think there would be some more slightly substantial options.

All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. Decent sized rooms and comfy beds! Recommend checking this place out.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Good location and check in and check out was quick. We were disappointed with breakfast. Restocking was poorly managed although the quality was so bad that we didn’t mind. Seriously the worst breakfast we have encountered and given the price is over $30 each they really need to get this important aspect of the experience sorted. The only negative we have to report - although $27 to self park out in the open also leaves a sour taste. A good hotel and happy to recommend but do not pay for the breakfast there are far better and cheaper options down the next street.

Always get service with a smile. Received an upgrade to king-size room with a bay view. The bay was very still, so the night view was beautiful and the sunrise even better. Room, dinner and breakfast package is the way to go.
